ACNE

Vitiligo

Vitiligo is a disease of skin pigments called melanin. It is a disease where there is a loss of skin pigment or colour, which could be due to various reasons.

Dandruff is one of the common ailments affecting the scalp. Dandruff is nothing but excessive scaling of dead cells of the skin of the scalp. Body undergoes constant but gradual renewal every 24 hours, but when it is much faster renewal of the skin, it becomes visible in the form of scales, which we call dandruff.

Warts

Warts are small, benign growths caused by a viral infection of the skin or mucous membrane. The virus infects the surface layer. The viruses that cause warts are members of the human papilloma virus (HPV) family. Warts are not cancerous but some strains of HPV, usually not associated with warts, have been linked with cancer formation. Warts are contagious from person to person and from one area of the body to another on the same person.

A circumscribed, conical, horny induration and thickening of the stratum corneum that causes severe pain by pressure on nerve endings in the corium.

Herpes

Herpes simplex is a viral disease caused by the herpes simplex virus. Infections are categorized based on the part of the body infected. Oral herpes involves the face or mouth. It may result in small blisters in groups often called cold sores or fever blisters or may just cause a sore throat. Genital herpes, often simply known as herpes, may have minimal symptoms or form blisters that break open and result in small ulcers.

The excruciating pain that migraines bring can last for hours or even days.

Sciatica:

Sciatica refers to pain that radiates along the path of the sciatic nerve, which branches from your lower back through your hips and buttocks and down each leg. Typically, sciatica affects only one side of your body.

Slip disc:

When a disc herniates or ruptures, it may create pressure against one or more of the spinal nerves which can cause pain, weakness or numbness in area of body served by those nerves. Other names for slipped (herniated) discs are prolapsed and ruptured discs.

Spondylosis:

Spondylosis is a medical term used to describe the natural aging and gradual deterioration process of the spine. Spondylosis is usually caused by the development of arthritis in the spine, which causes the discs and vertebrae to gradually wear down over time.

Gout:

Gout is a form of inflammatory arthritiscaused by excess uric acid in the bloodstream. The symptoms of Gout are due to formation of uric acid crystals in joints and the body's response to them. Gout classically, it affects the joint in the big toe.Fortunately, gout is treatable and there are preventative measures that can be taken to reduce the risk of developing the painful condition.


RESPIRATORY

ASTHMA:

Asthma is a condition characterized by a paroxysmal wheezing respiration dyspnoea (difficulty in breathing), mainly expiratory. It may start in as early as months old baby to elder age group. Asthma is largely controllable and to an extent curable, depending on the stage and extent of the disease.

TONSILITIS:

Tonsillitis is inflammation of the tonsils, typically of rapid onset. It is a type of pharyngitis. Symptoms may include sore throat, fever, enlargement of the tonsils, trouble swallowing, and large lymph nodes around the neck.

WHEEZING:

Wheezing is a whistling sound that can be made while breathing that may be a symptom of a respiratory illness or other causes or conditions.

LARINGITIS:

Laryngitis is caused by inflammation of the larynx, resulting in hoarseness of the voice. It is caused almost 100% of the time by a virus. The same viruses which cause majority of simple upper respiratory infections (colds, etc.) are responsible for laryngitis.

SINUSITIS:

Sinusitis, also known as a sinus infection or rhinosinusitis, is inflammation of the sinuses resulting in symptoms. Common signs and symptoms include thick nasal mucus, a plugged nose, and pain in the face.

ALLERGIC RHINITIS:

Allergic rhinitis, also known as hay fever, is a type of inflammation in the nose which occurs when the immune system overreacts to allergens in the air. Signs and symptoms include a runny or stuffy nose, sneezing, red, itchy, and watery eyes, and swelling around the eyes. The fluid from the nose is usually clear.

BREATHLESSNESS:

Shortness of breath, also known as dyspnea, is a feeling like one cannot breathe well enough.

NAUSEA
